The unit comprises of a team of genuinely born-again Christian who have received a special calling in the place of prayers, supplications and intercessions. They serve as the ‘eyes’ over the fold of God and support the pastorate in providing the required prayer cover for the church.
Because of the sensitivity of the unit, it is only open to workers who are willing, available and have the burden to intercede for others.
They are available to stand in gap for God’s people, God’s work, and agree for the requests and concerns of God’s people.
They intercede for the church and its leadership in the place of prayer and they prayerfully give support for upcoming special programs and Sunday service.
They receive prayer request from members, agree with them in prayer and share spiritual revelation as a guide for adequate intercession
They build up the personal spiritual growth and enrichment of all the church members through prayer.
